How 'Atlas Shrugged' Fuels My Drive as an Entrepreneur

Written by Luis Silva-Ball, CEO of Digifianz

Original Post HERE.

Whenever I'm feeling burnt out, disoriented or lacking motivation, I go back and re-read this one book:

"Atlas Shrugged" by Ayn Rand.

I just re-read it this past month, and it hit harder than ever.

Every time I revisit this book, it lights a fire in me. It’s not just a story—it’s a call to action for entrepreneurs who refuse to settle for mediocrity.

There’s something about the characters’ relentless drive, the clear vision, and the total ownership of their outcomes that just connects.

It’s not about avoiding failure—it’s about pushing through it, even when the odds feel impossible.

It’s a reminder that nobody’s coming to save you, and the only person you can rely on is yourself.

These are ultimately the values that Digifianz is based on.

We don’t promise it’ll be easy.

We don’t do hand-holding.

But we give you full freedom to own your path, your results, and your growth.
And I can say for a fact that these ideas don't just work in theory -- our team is AWESOME as a result.

I love being surrounded by resilient, growth-minded people.

It's an entirely different vibe than we had before we implemented these ideas into the core structure of our business.

Have you read "Atlas Shrugged"? Did you feel the same way?

What other books do this for you? Share them below, I'd love to read them next!
