Advancing Capitalism for Human Flourishing at the Atlas Network Liberty Forum
Last week, we had the privilege of hosting a panel at the Atlas Network Liberty Forum with some of the most inspiring leaders we’ve had the chance to work with.
The focus of the panel was on how principled business leaders can promote capitalism as a force for good and path to greater human flourishing.
Our panelists—Matt Cole, Jane Poynter, and Colin Greenspon—each brought unique perspectives, but they were strongly aligned on these two key principles:
1️⃣ Partner with those who share your values.
Whether you’re hiring talent, onboarding investors, or building partnerships, the people you bring into your business shape its culture—and its future.
Choose wisely.
Surround yourself with those who share your principles, because the wrong influences can corrode your mission from the inside out.
2️⃣ Be bold about your beliefs.
Supporting capitalism and standing up for your values isn’t always the most popular thing to do.
But it’s necessary.
Our panelists emphasized how critical it is for business leaders to speak openly about their principles—because only through transparency can we inspire change.
Hearing these perspectives from different angles—from entrepreneurship to early-stage investing to public markets—highlighted just how powerful these principles are when applied across sectors.
It’s events like these that strengthen the Liberty Ventures network, bringing together leaders who are committed to advancing freedom and prosperity.
